Low syn baked oat waffles with peanut butter (slimming world)

Preheat your over to 180 degrees

What you will need:

  • Blender
  • Waffle mould
  • 35g oats (hexb)
  • 50mls of skimmed milk ( 1.5 syns per 100ml so I would say 1 syn or take the amount from your hexa) *
  • 1 egg (protein)
  • 2 caps of Vanilla (free)
  • Whole Earth peanut butter) 4.5 syns per level tbsp)
  • Quark (free)

Measure your 35g oats and put them in a blender and blend until a fine powder. Add milk, egg, sweetener and vanilla extract; blend altogether. 

Frylight the waffle mould and place it onto a tray, then pour in the mixture. 

Now place in the oven on 180 degree for 20-25 minutes.

Once baked, take the waffle out of the oven, place a plate on top and flip over, they should come out easily. 

Serve with some speed food, yogurt, or if you’re having an SP day have some quark, like I did here and I added some peanut butter 😋
